There are 3 steps to the process of initiating services to the first Supervised Visit.
Generally the non-custodial parent (NCP) is the first parent to reach out to a Professional Supervised Monitor. Once a party has reached out and decided to go with a particular Professional Supervised Monitor the next steps are. (for this purpose we will assume two factors 1. that you have decided to go with Grandmas Supervised Visitation Monitors and Services (GSVMS) and it is the NCP who is the initiator of services) However the overall process is the same with any Professional Supervised Visitation Monitor you go with.
GSVMS will coordinate between the Non-Custodial Parent (NCP) and the Custodial Parent (CP) the following
GSVMS treats all visits as if there is a Restraining Order (RO) and therefore neither parent should not be in the same spot as each at any given time. The Professional Supervised Monitor will escort the minor/s to and from each parent.
Thank you for reading the above process. Should you have ANY questions please reach out to us via email so that we can respond to your question/concerns.
